Get to work by yourself. If that's your thing, great. Most of the time you are wiring houses on your own.

They don't tell you unless you ask but they will reimburse 50% you for your own healthcare expenses, not dental, vision etc.. just healthcare. Didn't meet the owner or even know what he looked like until my third year I worked there. Not a big company either, maybe 15 people in Raleigh/Charlotte combined. Might be less now after the yearly terminations/layoffs. Long hours, no drive time pay, Just remember the mantra, "it's your fault" Management takes no responsibility for mistakes, no accountability. You need to excel at the blame game because you're going to be playing it whether you want to or not.
