Very good, likable, highly intelligent people. Innovative products. Creative and stimulating work environment. Employees skew toward their 20s and 30s, so the company has a high energy level.
Cons
Management is often distracted and doesn't provide the level of leadership employees need. There isn't much management structure or process in place. There are too many chefs in the kitchen, without a single clear leader. Their weak commitment to marketing causes problems with inconsistent revenue generation. Like most small software companies, they drive their people hard. If you work remotely, you're going to find yourself on your own a lot, without much support from HQ.
