      Great company to start with if you are missing strength within the recertification process or fresh to property management.

      Cons

      If you come in the door with a large skill set just keep your skills to yourself. Company isn't familiar with the phrase it's more then one way to skin a cat.

      A lot of peace of mind, and good night sleeps. Something that you don’t get much of with other companies.

      Cons

      Many complain about the company being behind on the times, yes, it does need some updating. However, that will come with time and it is A more calm working atmosphere from other companies.
