This is a marketing agency and they have tie ups with some well known clients like google street view, ICICI etc and they implement Face-to-Face marketing strategy. In Kolkata these three companies Quantum, Lycaon and Adept are currently working for an NGO where they recruit us as management trainee and our job will be to raise funds by working in the field for an NGO. You get to meet people from various backgrounds by visiting residents, offices, markets for asking donations as charity and in return you will be paid on commission basis. People applying for this job must have strong negotiation and communication skills and should be extremely self motivated because you have to face a lot of rejections from the market. If you are able to love this job, bring emotions into what you are doing, then only you are fit to do this. The worst part is you will be assigned a territory anywhere in Kolkata where each day you have to go out by your own expense and find out the right person who is willing to donate, and in that way it can be very exhausting.
