      Very knowledgeable management and team members Transparent company goals Plenty of chances for learning Well-structured teams and set processes In my experience the management have been patient and always happy to give and receive constructive feedback

      Cons

      Yearly progression goals are not structured in a way that you can move up fast (>1 year). There is an understanding that time and experience must come into play before you move up internally (Can be a Pro/Con depending on who you are).
