The involvement of the CEO’s family members has become a significant obstacle to the company’s growth. Their behavior toward employees is often perceived as disrespectful, creating an unhealthy and demoralizing work environment. The HR department appears to function more as a facade than as a genuine support system for employees. Legitimate concerns are frequently ignored, and meaningful action is rarely taken to resolve workplace issues. There is a clear lack of established processes, systems, and organizational structure throughout the company. While leadership attempts to retain employees through claims of transparency and honesty, these statements are often inconsistent with reality. As a result, trust has eroded, and employees are left feeling misled rather than informed.
