Open door policy Excellent Management with more than 3 decades of work experience Perfect place for real people who want to learn and grow Very professional leadership traits and skills Promising carrer but only for those who really want to work ,learn and grow not for those who want to do time pass
Cons
Yet to identify once done will for sure bring to the notice of Management .As the founders both Naren and Raj are very professional in accepting critics and if really in the interest of team and organisation will act within no time which I did not notice in other organisation over a period of 2 decades working in many big organisations Though I joined sometime back ,was really impressed by the professional culture of the organisation
