If you are looking for a job you can do nothing and still get paid this maybe a good choice.
Cons
Management is terrible. They will belittle you, talk down and complain about your work to your colleagues behind your back, but never confront you with their issues. You have to confront them then they back down and deny anything is wrong. Only to start complaining again. All this while making half what you could be making at any other company. You will never recoeve a salary increase because “business is never good”. The people that make descent money there are people that do the least amount of contributions. After I left I increased my salary 3 fold, doing the same job. The majority of people working here think they are the smartest people in the room. The receptionist thinks she owns the company and consistently tries to enforce nazi like rules that only apply to her.
