      - They always provide gifts, medals, cake - They offer food once in a month - They schedule picnics every quarter

      Cons

      - Low Salary & will never increase your increment - You can't use mobile or even talk with someone colleague while in office hours - If you are sitting in a chair next to PC, you cant look back - If the break is 1 hour & you came back at the seat 62 minutes or 61 minutes, the fine will be charge for 1 or 2 minutes late. - There always be a less work, so you have to sit on the chair long hours even there is no work, you have to sit & you have no permission to open any website besides the work - Your hard work, performance dont matter, only their favorites employees will get increment or raise in salary

Without a clear Software Requirements Specification (SRS), there is uncertainty regarding the goals of the project and the expected final product. This results in a work environment where the focus seems to be more on trial and error rather than following a well-defined plan. Success seems to depend on luck, and failure leads to quick replacement rather than constructive problem-solving or support.
