Pros
Relaxed working environment. Motivated Coworkers. Room to be creative as a Graphic Designer. A lot of growth potential. Pool table in the break room. Beautiful view from every office. Owner has a pretty nifty 6 monitor setup. Good equipment for employees.
Cons
First impression was that the office was a bit bare, but we have no in house client visits so it makes sense.
