none in the past few years, everything is going downhill

The C level management, the CEO, the overall management and HR has brought the company to extreme lows. When you point some issues to the HR they start attacking you instead of having internal analyses. Because of the behavior of the management lot of employees left- employees are leaving every day, lot of clients left, the salaries are late for months. I don't see future in this company for long.
