Pros
The owner of company is very humble and the workload is laid back. The office is on top of a food court so there are a variety of places to eat for lunch.
Cons
Management are unprofessional, rude to employees and micro-manage. They are very unaccommodating to certain employees but then lenient to others. There is lack of guidance, feedback or praise for work done, but only critique with no suggestions to improve.
