I don't think any cons as of now.

Hybrid of work from home and work from the office. Strong client base across globally. Travel opportunities to Europe (post covid). Opportunity to work in the financial market domain and learn. A lot of Employee benefits and Rewards Programs. NO salary cut during COVID times.
