      Good Package and Helpful Teams Mentor. Regular connect with HR teams and lots of monthly engagement plan for employees

      Cons

      Should find & eliminate micro management at the ground levels. Also when hybrid has been made mandatory parking facilities need to improve and more slots to be made available.
