Dung place to work cause of the management and the Founders - Anonymous employee Quantiphi Employee Review

Alot of politics in the organization making it difficult to sustain oneself in the the good books even though you are too good at your work. They strictly follow a hire and fire policy. Company centric directors and management. They hire a candidate and don't think before firing them, they don't think about the career of the employees but only about themselves. I work for 12 hours a day but still get shouted at every huddle cause they expect much more than what can be achieved. I mean I don't have a life and I am so sick.
