Some dedicated colleagues are nice, but unfortunately they are not the decision makers.

I am extremely disappointed with the recent retrenchment decision made by the company. Not only has it caused financial hardship for many dedicated employees, but it also speaks volumes about the lack of foresight and poor management practices within the company. The way this situation was handled was callous, with no regard for the dignity and livelihood of those affected!!! Furthermore, the mismanagement leading up to this decision is unacceptable and calls into question the leadership's ability to effectively run the company. If you are serious about your career development, don't join such a company. Do not let such a company ruin your career!
