Employee was hired as a Research Technologist with a college (2-year) diploma with ZERO experience and into the top quartile of compensation in the Technology sector. The employee new very well that Tech is not O&G. 2. Employee was provided with two (2) promotions over his employment period of ~5 years, reflecting accelerated promotions. 3. Ignoring the exceptional benefits package provided by the company that in most years included a bonus, and the training and opportunity to work at the global leading edge of advanced materials and advanced manufacturing, the employee was provided over the course of his employment as averaged over his employment term, annual merit increases a multiple of market rate. 4. Despite the above, the employee could not get along with nearly all of his supervisors and many of his peers.
