The team at Quantgene genuinely care about the value we are providing to our patients. You get to work in a very collaborative and cross functional environment with intelligent people. You definitely have the ability to make large impacts in the various projects that one might be involved in. There is alot of great upside in working at Quantgene both financially and from a career growth perspective.
Cons
As a startup change is the name of the game. While change is exciting and usually the right change at the right time, it can also lead to some frustrations and feelings of disjointedness. Team Members can be utilized more effectively and leaders definitely need to do a better job of defining roles within the org.
