They provide free health insurance. I do have more flexibility than other jobs in terms of work/life balance, but I believe that is due to the company I am contracted with through Quantell, not with Quantell itself. Quantell is not as flexible. They are all about money.

The other benefits are horrible. No sick days and you have to work there for a year before you get vacation time. Pay is not the best.
