      Pros

      Team: brightest minds in the Quantum space, high-ambition, no divas/no drama Culture: highly inspiring - they are changing the world. Everyday ground-breaking work! Speed: no need for red tape - you are trusted from day one. Impact: you get things done, things that matter every day.

      Cons

      -not all structures are in place yet. - team is growing quickly - more space is required to accomodate this growth

      Fun and with young people. Can be chill or can be hectic depending on team.

      Sometimes decision-making isn't clear and it feels like it is not going anywhere because we take a step here and then a step there

      Thank you for your feedback. We are a diverse team ages 20 to 60 , with different educational and cultural backgrounds. We are proud to move very very fast. And sometimes, decisions are made quicker than we can communicate to the broader organization. We are working on optimizing our internal communications and so far the feedback from the team is encouraging.

      Scale up vibe, lots of opportunities, personal approach, leaders listen to feedback, exciting to know you contribute with meaningful work. Belief in product and potential. Colleagues are ambitious and have impressive knowledge. People are open to learn and support each other. Attention for Diversity and direct contact with leadership. You get a lot of responsibility and freedom.

      Cons

      Perhaps not the kind of environment for those that need a lot of structure and guidelines or afraid to ask.
