The company works in multiple domains, and multiple geographies. Its provides its empolyees ample space to learn and enhance their skills. The teams have great synergy among themselves and work together to overcome the challenges. The opportunity to learn new things/technologies and improve ones skillset are tremendous. New ways of doing things are encouraged and use of Technology to do day to day tasks is promoted.
Cons
Sometimes there is too much on the plate to be handled in one go, but that is part of the job and pressure gets the best out of people.
