The management doesn't know what they are doing they have no regard for anyone. They treat you like school kids. 1. No freedom of speech 2. No scope for creativity 3. It's either their way or the highway 4. The company is not making money 5. They will promise you a lot of things but fail to deliver on anything 6. 50-60% of the team leads are not even worthy of their position, they hardly have any experience they do not know how to manage a team plus they are major management boot lickers. 7. No job security 8. Money that will be promised won't be paid out 9. They will make you work for 16-17 hrs and then only they will feel that you work anyone who works less than that or has a life outside the office isn't good enough
