Excellent team. A very relaxed and friendly, yet hard working office atmosphere. Strong skill set of CEO allows a leader who cares and understands. Excellent nurturing of talent and career progression. Valued input allowing you to take ownership and affect direction of the projects you work on. Honestly one of the best places to work.

Some times the client deadlines can be tight, but that has been the same anywhere I have worked, big agencies and small startups.

I love working at Quander! I love the team dynamics, the culture - it's an office family! You get to work on such interesting and exciting projects that are different every time.

Can't say there are any major cons. To be critical I would say that sometimes we run too fast on a project and make mistakes, but I think that's a good con to have - we're always driving for innovation.
