When I first joined HiRoad/Quanata, there was clear direction, collaboration, and supportive leadership. Over the past year or so, there has been a steady decline in all of these. The lack of clarity and transparency from leadership is a slap in the face considering we were a company built upon the premise of “doing the right thing”. I also experienced retaliation from my manager and teams that I worked directly with due to a few mid level managers on power trips. I also noticed that the referral system led to certain teams becoming cliques from previous employers. I was ultimately impacted during a recent round of lay offs, and probably for the best. The direction of Quanata is murky at best.
