      Pros

      the “platform” is revolutionary and offers a stunning ability for consolidation of security technology. SaaS delivery is good.

      Cons

      CEO - yes a visionary but also a control freak with a god complex. Not good at helping and coaching, brilliant at being aggressive and a bully. Marketing messages poor TAMs are overloaded and do not have any work/life balance No one can question anything without running the risk of being fired.
