- great tech - in their domain they're a highly rated product - good work life balance - though this will depend heavily on your team and region - very stable job - especially considering the current macroeconomic climate - lots of opportunities to learn - comprehensive tech stack - excellent team mates - probably the biggest pro - people are incredibly friendly and will always try to help you out
Cons
- CEO is clear in his vision but plenty of mediocrity around him - both horizontally and vertically, stifling new ideas - compensation - this is the big one - your pay doesn't match the industry, ironically the company is willing to let people go and hire them again at a higher wages - very high attrition rate - across locations, departments, and experience levels - all the way from senior leadership down to the less experienced ones - the company is losing talent - poor hiring standards - the company is now hiring from unheard of colleges in India - HR - almost absent - though will give it to them that its a small team
