Pros
I started as a fresher and will be completing 3 years very soon. There is lot to learn and grow, you are not limited to one module or activity but get to burn your hands on a lot of things. First 2 years increment was good, hope to get it better this year. I see a lot of people complaining about Work/Life balance but it varies from individual to individual, till now I’m enjoying it. Seniors are supporting but you can’t escape if not completing work on time or giving excuses for not doing it right. If you are not ready to work hard and perform, this is not the place for you. We see a lot of non-performers complaining about all that exists in this company. It is good as well as bad that being a small organization you are always in eyes of senior management, while you get recognition, chances of getting caught for not performing are equally high.
Cons
Biggest concern, as I said - chances of getting caught for not performing are equally (read VERY) high. Not a big name in market. Whenever someone ask me where do you work, it takes time to explain them where the company is, what it does etc. No nice place to eat nearby, which seems to be a concern for many. Although there is a canteen but menu is not changed since it started. Commuting – I wish this will improve with Metro connecting by end of 2017.
