Pros
- They claim to be willing to support education of their employee through language courses and professional certifications - once a year they do team events - salary can potentially have an increase based on performance review
Cons
- Not respecting Swiss law employment, especially regarding notice period - Not tangible benefits for growth of their employees - salary increase after performance review is very low 0-5% (but still lower than inflation) - HR does not provide real supports to employees - The employment is bounded with their customer contract. So basically you get hired with an employee salary but to do a contracting work (they keep > 50% of what they get paid) - Israelian
