-Top level management really knows what they are doing, and really care for their employees
-The company works with mostly executives and hi-potentials from various big multi-nationals and fortune 500 companies, so the work is challenging, but the results produced are always top-notch
-An all around great corporate culture
Cons
Not many. In fact, I have a hard time thinking of one. The company is rather small, so if you are looking at working with multiple different people in big teams, it may not be your ideal place to work. I personally really like the small size, and find that it makes it much easier to communicate with management and actually see the impact that your work has. I really feel that it is a fantastic place to work!
