Executive management is completely disengaged. on specific contract employee moral is low. lack of stong PM leadership. communication dosent existent . Many decisions that are made seem as if little to no thought went into it, or they are being made up as they go. Quality is not emphasized. Also this is truly a family business. many employees are family and they get promoted 1st.
