      Pros

      I love working for this company! I come from a federal government background where change was slow and painfully hard to implement, management was inaccessible and employee moral was super low. I'm overjoyed to work for QSI where management truly cares about employee well-being; self improvement and career development are encouraged; teamwork is part of the culture. Overall I truly feel valued and 100% supported as I continue to learn and grow.

      Management continually goes out of its way to thank the employees of QSI for their contribution and to make them know that they are appreciated and valued, verbally and monetarily

      Compensation and benefits were decent

      Very little room for growth. Shortsighted business direction. I was there for 15 years and extremely committed always representing the company well. When it came time for the company to show appreciation for my hard work they balked. Exemplary career and just dismissed like I stole something. But my clients and customers loved my work.
