Pros
Store managers are nice and are in the employees' corner, try their best to defend employees and help where they can. Area managers seem nice too from when I've met them.
Cons
Uncompetitive pay - minimum wage and no bonuses or pay incentives. Staff are mostly disposable from a business stand point. The rules are always changing and the company seem resistant to helping smaller stores out with new equipment or repairs
