      flexible and nice work environment. Coworkers really nice. Flexible schedule you can rotate shifts every two weeks.

      Cons

      heavy workload, low wages, small company, no room for growth, poor structure and no much room for improvement.

      The best reason to work is to better yourself and building a better future so you know what the work force is like.

      Cons

      There really isn't no down falls except working together make sure that your not doing everything but work as teams. That will builds better company.
