Pros
if you're rich and at the executive level you'll probably love it here. "directors" get paid extremely well and the crap they put cnas and nurses through get ignored they absolutely LOVE men there. it's mostly women and they constantly reward men for the most basic stuff. 100 people are fantastic? 1 is a man? 1 man and 1 woman will be rewarded. so if you have an x and a y chromosome it's an easy way to feel good about yourself i guess
Cons
if you're a cna do NOT work here. insultingly low pay, they expect overtime, they purposely make it difficult to schedule even after saying specific requests will be fine. nobody trusts anybody. and then the whole time "leadership" is talking about how great the culture is while forcing employees to leave because they decide they don't like you also don't ever be honest if your opinion is anything other than "i would take an actual bullet for this company." incredibly manipulative people who like to pretend they're kindhearted. they will treat you like garbage unless you're successfully brainwashed.
