Pros

Paid fairly, full benefits and commission after 90 days, work independently

Cons

Part of your job is to lie to people and give them false hope of a job available so you can keep them on file just in case you need them later

Pros

The pay structure is fine. They don't really do much for you other than give you a base salary and a decent commission on the gross profit. There are some good benefits that they offer the team members. I think the CEO means well, but he has some tendencies that I think are questionable in a leader.

Cons

There's a lot of nepotism and if you're not part of a branch in the home state, it's really easy to feel like a stepchild. Training was practically non-existent. The systems are very manual and take a lot of time to use. They're just now figuring out kpis and processes even though this company's been around 20 years. Trying to be a national company but has not brought in the operational and executive talent that knows how to scale up a staffing company to a national level. Questionable behavior from the CEO including nepotism and disrespect. They say this is a faith-based company, but they are very quick to throw you aside if you're struggling.
