Pros
A good company with good management that does their best to take care of their employees. The people I met working at the Navy base were quite interesting as was their work.
Cons
Although I was a QIS employee, I worked on a Navy base for civil service and military officers. The Navy was our customer and the work environment and other aspects of my job were determined by the Navy.
