Flexible hours, pay for recertifications and provide coding manuals.
Cons
High quotas, some managers can be quite rude. Was told once in a group phone call that ICD-10 coders were "a dime a dozen". Laid off via phone recording without notice. We were salaried employees. We were told we would receive pay for the last week of the month and that was to be considered severance pay.
