      - Great relationships with co workers - Pay was pretty good (for me) - You build a relationship with customers as well

      Cons

      - Made you feel bad for calling in sick - Hours were either way too much or way too little - no regularity (although this gets better the longer you work there)

      Pros

      working in the backroom is better than dealing with customers. it is unionized, but not all union representatives are committed. I was able to take time off anytime as long as I communicated.

      Cons

      chronically understaffed. some managers do not care about their employees.
