Pros
During my three weeks with the company everyone has been welcoming and friendly. I really enjoy working there. I appreciate the air conditioning during the hot weather. I like the gym and instructor they have at the location for everyone to use at no charge, they also have showers for employees to use. I appreciate the ice maker they have in the break room for employees to fill up their water jugs with, I also appreciate the vending machine with low-cost food and snack items. I also like how management leaves you alone to do your job and is hovering over your shoulder. I really enjoy working here.
Cons
The one thing that would be more helpful is having training for new hires. I noticed they have many things organized but employees are not following procedures and not putting things back in their place. I also find it difficult to find tools and tooling for jobs. I also feel we should keep better documentation and better set up sheets for running jobs. taking the time to getting this done will make it easier for the next operator to set up. some of the equipment is outdated and old. I was informed that many of the older machines will be replaced with new or better equipment. I have not seen any new equipment but only time will tell.
