Remote work benefits, but disorganization and low pay hinder experience - Manager Quality Classrooms Employee Review

Great people, flexible and nice work, good products.

Bad management, horrible office building, no windows.

Friendly and diverse workplace. It’s easy to get hired if you’re fresh out of school or new to Canada.

Overall low moral due to the poor working environment. The building is extremely dusty, has poor airflow, and the upstairs office for marketing and sales has no windows. Management is not very experienced or organized so you will have to do a lot of extra work that is outside of your job description. There is constant turnover because most people only work here for a year or two before they find a better position somewhere else, or get laid off for questionable reasons.
