It's paid and u pick ur hours (if they even have hours)
Cons
Money is unfairly taken from employees, u receive a penalty if ur a little late, but we have lives, u know? Documents are insane, no way to advance ur career. They'll get mad if u want another job, but there's no reason to stay. I went with a hospital they sent me to, but could've got the job there without this company...
