Very positive place to work. Co-workers were easy and fun to work with.

Travel was getting tougher as I aged.

The did give all most everyone a 10% raise.Some of the people that i worked with,not worked for are some of the best people I've known.

The management style is a bit lacking,Communication is all most nonexistent. The training program is horrible,They use a non common sense approach to everything the do.They have operators with a minimum amount of training,running Blend rooms. And due to that they have tons of Deviations. In which management turns a blind eye just as long as the meet the schedule. I know I personally would not purchase any pharmaceuticals made at that company at this time.
