Pros

I transitioned to Qualitest after 15 years in the call center industry. It’s a new field and a professional challenge to explore and learn. In my role, I enjoy autonomy and independence in my work, collaborating with managers across different divisions. Despite the challenges the job market is facing in the high-tech sector, Qualitest manages to maintain stability and job security for our employees. During the war, all resources were allocated to support reservists and their families. My direct manager provides me with independence and strong backing to drive change.

Cons

Over the past year, we have experienced efficiency improvements in computerized systems that required patience and adaptability from all of us, as these systems bring new added value.

Pros

Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

Cons

Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
