Amazing people, I feel that I have a place where I can be heard. When I need support or help, they are always there. The flexible hours contribute alot.

Cons

We work at the client's site, so we don't get together often. Due to our work being conducted at the client's location, we do not have the opportunity to meet frequently.

Pros

Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

Cons

Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
