      Work is secure and stable. Good work life balance. Good for entry level as you learn a lot in your first years.

      Not many growth opportunities. You end up feeling stuck with no promotion or salary increase.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
