      Its the best platform for a budding test engineer, where you have the zeal to learn Test Automation. They use many tools and technologies. The responsibilities of handling you own team will be in your hand very early in your career.

      Cons

      Do have politics, where you benefit for the moment, but on a long run you will be ending up in a lazy and closed for any learnings.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
