Cons
The management is extremely stubborn and reluctant to listen to employees or support their advancement. They claim to encourage promotions, but the only viable method seems to be leaving the company. HR appears biased in conflict resolution, favoring one side. During my dismissal, HR was absent from the initial meeting, requiring rescheduling.
