If you are early in your career it can be a good place to get a start.
Cons
1. The benefits are mediocre. 2. The pay is well below market and no where near your skill or experience level. 3. Once rolling off of a project you have a very limited time to be placed on another one. Those in charge of the Internal Talent Pool are not much of a help in finding your next client/project. It is strictly your responsibility to find the next gig. 4. Constantly acquiring new companies to compensate for clients leaving. When the client does not sign a new contract the odd of being let go shortly after that is high. No job security. 5. No real opportunity for advancement.
