      Pros

      They would hire employees even without all of the requirement for the role and teach them the work. It is a great learning opportunity!

      Cons

      Employees keep learning and improving. However, the promotion opportunities are scarce, salary hardly increases. Basically, there's a glass ceiling that is almost impossible to break.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
