      Pros

      I had a great manager. Very interactive and accomodative They have great clients and inflow of projects

      Cons

      Salaries could be better. The work environment can be improved significantly. No cons other than these.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
